RETURN POLICY

At URANE MEDIA, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns 

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions: 

• Items must be unused and in original condition 
• Items must include original packaging and tags attached 
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required 

Eligible items include: 

• Baseball caps 
• Backpacks 
• Other URANE MEDIA branded merchandise 

Non-Returnable Items 

We do not accept returns for: 

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged 
• Final sale or clearance items 
• Customized or personalized products 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are: 

• Defective 
• Damaged 
• Incorrect 

If you experience any of the above, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method 
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. 

Return Shipping 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs 
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service 
• URANE MEDIA is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments
